Success Bound Personal Fitness Training

Have you been training hard but not seeing the results in the mirror? Are you bored of the same lackluster training routine? Are you finally realizing that group training does not bring optimal results or achieve personal goals? In 1988, I started “Success Bound Personal Fitness Training”. I trained myself for eighteen years before I began teaching others. Fitness goals on all levels, for both men and women, are achieved easily under my guidance. Progressive weight training is the basis for all my training programs.

Here is what I am offering to you. All training programs have been designed by me. These are not magazine or DVD workouts that were NOT designed for YOU. What does that mean for you? Everything that you will be doing, I have done myself. I KNOW what it will feel like when you do it. I KNOW how to make it fit your particular needs. I KNOW you will be satisfied with your results in a very short time. As your trainer, all aspects, including nutrition, will always be a part of every Success Bound training session we have. Under my guidance you will avoid any mental or physical plateaus that will slow progress. Your short term goals will constantly be redefined without losing sight of your ultimate goal. Nutritional counseling will also be monitored on a daily basis to insure that you have an energy level equal to the workout intensity level.
